Each product is made to order, carefully printed and shipped by our partner Printful, located in Spain.
Our on-demand production helps avoid overstock and supports a more sustainable approach 🌿.
📦 Made-to-order items
All our products are printed only once your order is placed.
That means we don’t keep stock, and each product is unique.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, change of mind, or incorrect orders.
Please make sure to check the size chart and product description before completing your purchase.
⚠️ Damaged or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help!

Include the following details in your message:
- your order number,
- a clear photo of the issue,
- and a short description of the problem.
We’ll forward your request to our partner Printful to arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
🚚 Lost or undelivered packages
If your package appears lost or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
We’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
A replacement or refund may be issued once the loss is confirmed.
💡 Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items on sale or final clearance,
- Digital products (such as downloadable coloring books or other digital files),
- Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
🕓 Processing time
Approved returns or replacements are usually processed within 7–10 business days after receiving all required information.

When a return is accepted, the item must be shipped directly to our partner facility:
